RenderBuildSell is a workspace for estate agents. You add a property once, and it generates the marketing you need from it: listing descriptions, social posts, ads, enhanced and virtually renovated photos, and a short walkthrough reel.

Everything you generate costs credits. A listing description or a social post is 1 credit, a Meta ad is 2, a renovated or enhanced photo is 3, and a walkthrough reel is 20. You buy credits in prepaid packs and spend them as you go.
Yes — every new account starts with 20 free credits, no card required. That's enough to set up a property and generate your first descriptions, posts and a renovated photo.
No. Prepaid credits stay on your account until you use them. If a generation ever fails, the credits for it are automatically refunded.
It restyles finishes, lighting and furniture while keeping the real walls, windows, proportions and camera viewpoint of your photo. It's meant to show the same room at its best — not to invent a different space.
Absolutely. Generated text is a strong first draft you can copy, tweak and reuse. You stay in control of what actually gets published.
You can connect social accounts and push content out, or simply copy it wherever you like. Either way, nothing is posted without you choosing to.
Credit purchases are handled by Stripe over a secure, hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and never touch our servers.

Your properties, photos and generated content are yours. We use them to provide the service and don't sell them. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and the processors we rely on.
